Another Fascinating! Computer Development Factoid! Wowie
Did you know that just 25 years ago, the idea that software could work on different types of computers was unheard of!?!? Imagine, a different version of windows or word depending if you bought a Dell computer or a Gateway. Imagine having to buy all new software everytime you got a new computer. As I was doing research on Open Source, it followed the history of computers, and it is amazing all the things we take for granted with technology.
